Jitnit Novus LLP may invest in, incorporate, acquire, promote, manage, associate with or partner with entities engaged in information technology, digital transformation, real estate development, infrastructure consultancy, project management, asset management, logistics, warehousing, freight management, marine and shipping advisory, aviation advisory, insurance claim documentation support, technical consultancy, claim coordination, risk advisory, loss-prevention support and other allied business activities.

Jitnit Novus LLP may also undertake business incubation, portfolio management, venture development, strategic partnerships, shared services, advisory services, documentation support, technology platforms and administrative, financial and legal coordination for its subsidiaries, business units, affiliates and clients.

The LLP may enter into contracts, joint ventures, collaborations, consortiums or partnerships with government, public sector, private, institutional and international entities to support sustainable growth, innovation, operational efficiency and participation in projects across India and abroad.

Where services relate to insurance claims, marine or aviation incidents, the LLP shall provide only consultancy, documentation, coordination and technical advisory support, and shall not act as an insurer, broker, agent, surveyor, loss assessor, legal representative, regulator or claim approving authority unless duly authorised under applicable law.
